- Orders can be canceled at any time prior to shipping.
- Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends. If there is an issue, a human will contact you regarding the delay.
- Street addresses in the contiguous United States ("lower 48") are eligible for free economy shipping on most products.
- International Orders are NOT pre-paid for duties and taxes. You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred during import.
- If you live in the Orlando, FL area you are welcome to stop by our warehouse to pick up your order. Our address is 240 Old Sanford Oviedo Road, Winter Springs, FL 32708. Please include your telephone number for us to let you know when your order is ready for pick-up. Our business hours are 9:00-5:00 Monday - Friday. Contact us if you need to arrange pickup outside of these hours.
Zeckos Return Policy
- Return anything for any reason within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused (with tags attached and in original packaging).
- A refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt of the item, as long as the item arrives in resellable condition. A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns.
- Returns and exchanges of swimwear are discouraged due to sanitary reasons, but we will negotiate if the ill-fitting size has the tags and hygienic strip still intact.
Refund or Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items
- Please contact a human at Zeckos within 7 days of receipt of the damaged/defective item and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement item.
- The human may request an email containing photos of the damages and packing slip/invoice so that we may avoid the problem in the future.
- You will be issued a RMA (return merchandise authorization) that is valid for 14 days so that you may ship the item back to us at no charge to you.
