Refund policy

Return/Refund for Damaged Item:
  • Please contact Customer Service within 7 days of receipt of the damaged/defective item and indicate whether you would like a refund or a replacement item.
  • Our Customer Service may request an email containing photos of the damages and packing slip/invoice so that we may file a claim with the delivery service provider.
  • You will be issued a RMA (return merchandise authorization) that is valid for 14 days so that you may ship the item back to us at no charge to you.

Return/Refund for any other reason:

  • Return anything for any reason within 60 days of purchase if the item is unused (with tags attached and in original packaging).
  • A refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt of the item, as long as the item arrives in resellable condition.
